🌿 4-Week Mindfulness Program
Over four weeks, children learn calm, confidence, and connection through stories, movement, breathing, and play. Each session builds skills for lasting emotional regulation and focus.
Perfect for: Kindergartens wanting a deeper, ongoing mindfulness experience.
Includes: Weekly themed sessions, take-home resources, and educator support materials.
🌸 One-Off Mindfulness Session
A gentle introduction to mindfulness
A single, engaging session that introduces children to simple breathing, movement, and relaxation techniques. It’s a wonderful way to bring calm energy into your centre and give children a taste of mindfulness in action.
Perfect for: Special events, wellbeing days, or as a fun incursion activity.
Duration: 30–45 minutes.
