Our Offerings

One-off Session

The session involves calming music, an engaging story about two monkeys managing big emotions, and interactive moments where children help solve the problem. It also includes playful breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and gentle stretches to teach kids simple, mindful ways to handle their feelings.

Mindful Monkey Program

Our Mindul Monkey program is a 4-week program involving a session each week, focusing on bite-sized, buildable skills for mindfulness. In addition to our one-off session, the program dives into advanced breathing techniques (e.g. Hoberman Ball), yoga sessions, real-life scenarios, collaborative problem solving, and various take-home artefacts. It also provides a participation certificate to each child and an e-handout to the Early Childhood centre on how the program aligns with ACEQUA’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

  • 4 Weekly Sessions: Each session focuses on a specific theme (e.g., identifying emotions, calming down techniques, self-regulation).

  • Age-Appropriate Activities: Hands-on activities, storytelling, sensory play, and games to engage children in emotional awareness and mindfulness.

  • Creative Reflection: Each session ends with a creative activity to help children reflect on what they learned and how they can use it in real-life situations.
